  • We are purely an online store at www.rebelcoffeeco.com, so technically 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Shipping Rates

• How much is shipping?+ -

  • Australian Standard Domestic shipping rates are as follows:

    AMOUNT / RATE

    Up to 500g / $5

    500g to 1kg / $10

    1kg up to 1.5kg / $15

    1.5kg up to 2kg / $20

    $5.00 is then charged each 500g thereafter. Express Shipping Rates are available.

• Do you ship internationally? + -

  • At this stage we do not ship internationally, just to Australia.

Orders & Shipping

• I just realised I ordered the wrong size/quantity/product. What do I do?+ -

  • We cannot guarantee that we can change your order, but please CONTACT US and we will see what we can do.

• What are my payment options? + -

  • We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard

• How long will it take to get my order? + -

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders are then shipped via Registered Post through Australia Post.

    Shipping times may vary based on your location, however we provide a guide of 3-7 Business Days for Domestic Orders.Express Shipping is also available which we provide a guide of 1-3 Business Days.

• What shipping carriers do you use?+ -

  • We use Australia Post.

• How can I track my order?+ -

  • Tracking numbers will be sent through with shipping confirmation emails. Please double check your shipping confirmation email, which ay appear in your junk mail if it is not in your inbox.

Returns and Exchanges

• My order is the wrong size / item / and I need to return it. What do I do? + -

  • All return information is on the back of your invoice. If Rebel Coffee Co. has sent out the incorrect product, please CONTACT US with your order number and what you received and we will work out a solution for you.

• Can I return my item? +-

  • Please select carefully as there are no returns, exchanges or refunds provided on Coffee or other nutritional and supplement products. For all merchandise, Rebel Coffee Co. can accept returns of items that are within 30 days of purchase in original condition. All return information is on the back of your invoice, which you can fill out and return.
